Our Infection Control Measures
We continue to have our patients' and team members' safety at the heart of everything we do.
If you have been informed that you are at higher risk of serious illness from COVID-19 or other conditions, please let us know so that we can ensure that we put extra safety measures in place.
Please let us know ahead of visiting if you have a suspected or confirmed illnesses such as:
-
Respiratory tract infection (Symptoms include fever, continuous cough, loss or alteration to taste or smell, runny nose, sore throat, shortness of breath)
-
Measles
-
Tuberculosis (TB)
This will allow us to protect our team members and other patients.
We follow good hygiene protocols recommended by our industry bodies in order to protect all patients and our team members. These include:
Frequent hand washing or sanitising. We have hand sanitiser available in practice for use by our patients.
Frequently sanitising our frames on display for patients to try on.
Disinfecting any of our equipment that touches patients - such as headrests and chinrests.
Masks worn by our clinicians during any procedure which requires close contact and where there is a risk of infection.
We will continue to closely monitor local guidance on infection rates in order to implement enhanced hygiene measures as and when needed.
If you have any specific health or safety standards that you would like to discuss, please contact us.
